Purosearch are working with a well respected and developing care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Home Manager for their 48 bed dementia service just outside of Tiverton. The Owners are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC, and a background in dementia and general elderly care.
Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management and recruitment
• Care plans, assessments, filling beds
• Budgets/ business development / marketing
Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
• Proven track record of successful home
• Background in dementia and complex care
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
