Purosearch have a great opportunity for a Registered Manager to manage a Home Care branch based in Croydon.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written
Ability to plan, organise and manage pressure
Ability to both effectively lead and be a member of a team
Flexible and adaptable
Effective organisation skills
Awareness of key business principles
A passion for compliance
Must have:
Experience in a similar role
NVQ Level 5, or willing to study
Located in a commutable distance to Croydon
Main duties:
To manage and oversee the day to day running of all aspects of the Branch.
Ensure the business is legally and ethically compliant.
Manage and motivate the team, including care workers, to meet customer’s care needs.
Carry out staff reviews and appraisals within the required timeframes.
Organise and attend team meetings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage business profit and loss and achieving business targets.
Identifying new business opportunities, representing Eleanor at a professional level and promoting growth of the business.
Build a good rapport with customers and staff to ensure high quality service delivery.
Effectively and confidentially managing data and information.
Providing exceptional customer care; undertaking relevant risk assessments.
Ensuring there are safe working environments for staff, investigating any accidents and complaints using process.
