Position: Registered Manager
Location: Near Alkham, Kent (Easily commutable from Folkestone, Dover, Hythe, Ashford and Canterbury)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full time
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference? My client is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead a well-established care home located near Alkham in Kent.
This home is part of a respected, medium-sized family-run organisation that values quality care and strong leadership. With a focus on person-centred care, particularly for those living with dementia, the home offers a supportive environment where staff and residents alike can thrive.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
Ideally have a successful track record in turning homes around or driving improvements
Possess strong knowledge and understanding of dementia care
Hold NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or be working towards it)
Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
