Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity? My client is a growing, family-run care organisation who are seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead one of their well-established homes located near to Maidstone, Kent.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position offering up to £60,000 for the right candidate. As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to the residents.
What My Client Is Looking For:
An experienced Registered Manager with a strong, proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings
Extensive knowledge of dementia care, with the ability to lead and inspire best practices in dementia support
Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a large team effectively
A commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care
Excellent organisational and communication skills
