Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Gillingham
Salary: Up to £76,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for high-quality care? I am currently seeking a skilled Nursing Home Manager to join a reputable and respected care organisation in Gillingham – a company that places residents, staff, and care quality at the heart of everything they do.
About the Role:
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring it operates to the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. You will lead a large and experienced team, foster a positive working environment, and ensure that residents receive the compassionate and professional care they deserve.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse (NMC pin required)
Proven experience managing a large team in a care setting
Previous Registered Manager experience
Strong understanding and working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
Preferably experienced in turnaround management
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
