Position: Registered Manager – Residential Care Home
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Near Worthing, West Sussex
Full-Time Position
My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead their well-established residential care home located near Worthing in West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Requirements:
Ideally hold Registered Manager experience OR be a strong Deputy Manager ready for progression.
Preferably hold an NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of dementia care is highly desirable.
Proven ability to maintain or improve CQC ratings is preferred.
Must be a confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the residential care home.
Lead and motivate a dedicated staff team to deliver exceptional standards of care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the home.
Manage budgets, staffing, and care planning effectively.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
