Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Lancing, West Sussex
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + bonus
A well-respected care provider is looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 70 bed service, which has recently undergone an expansion project!
You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals!
Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care
You MUST hold a valid NMC PIN!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Financial management experience
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
• Passion for person-centred care
• Enthusiastic & ambitious character!
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse qualification is a MUST, and management of a large nursing home
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
• Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
