Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to all residents.
Lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Maintain excellent CQC standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Utilise strong dementia care knowledge to ensure specialised care and support for residents.
Strive for continuous improvements, always aiming for the best possible outcomes and care standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have previous experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Strong dementia care expertise.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
A passion for providing outstanding care and improving the quality of life for residents.
