Location: local to Bexhill and St Leonard's on Sea
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Overview:
I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join a fantastic care home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of dementia care, and a thorough understanding of CQC regulations. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for residents.
Manage and support the care team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and standards, striving for excellence in all inspections.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, with a focus on dementia care.
Liaise with residents' families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the financial sustainability of the care home.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of care and service.

Requirements:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of dementia care and CQC regulations.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of two stages, conducted in person at the care home. This will provide an opportunity to meet the team and experience the environment first hand.
