The Home:
The home is very commutable from Brighton, Hove and Peacehaven area. It is a medium sized home, stable and has a great local reputation. What sets this home apart from the rest, is its' excellent on-site services and facilities. The aim to provide a home from home environment.
The Ideal Registered Home Manager:
You will have experience of being a Registered Manager for an elderly , residential home setting and have a dynamic and approachable personality. In addition, you will have a proven track record with CQC.
The successful Home Manager will be responsible for the overall running of the Home. You will build brilliant long lasting relationships with staff, residents and family members. You will be efficient in managing challenging situations and achieving positive solutions.
Essential Qualifications and Personal Attributes of the Home Manager:
An experienced Home Manager of a Residential Home.
You will hold your NVQ Level 5
You will be a passionate and hands on manager.
You will have an excellent understanding of CQC requirements.
Experience of carrying out audits, staff training and recruitment.
Have current Good' rated CQC reports, or be able to demonstrate turnaround projects.
