Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Near Rochester, Kent
I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to join a prestigious luxury care home near Gravesend in Kent. As a part of a reputable organisation, you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to the residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Provide strong leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Utilise your NVQ Level 5 qualification and extensive experience in the care sector to oversee the delivery of person-centered care to residents.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of dementia care, implementing best practices to support residents with varying needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, with a strong understanding of CQC requirements and processes.
Manage the financial aspects of the care home, including budgeting and auditing, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
In-depth knowledge and experience in dementia care.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
Experience in budget management and auditing within a care setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
