Position: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Near East Grinstead
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday
My client has a well-established nursing home near East Grinstead, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their team and provide the highest quality of care to their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care.
Lead and manage a dedicated team of staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Implement best practices in care, particularly in dementia care (knowledge of dementia is preferred).
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate:
QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
A valid nursing pin (ideally, but not essential).
In-depth knowledge of dementia care (preferred).
Proven registered management experience in a similar setting.
Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
