Job Title: Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities Residential Home
Location: Farnham
Salary: Up to £51,500 per annum
Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the residential home. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Your leadership will inspire our team to maintain the highest standards of care, while fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, care provision, and regulatory compliance.
Leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver person-centered care that promotes independence and well-being.
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, with a particular focus on CQC requirements.
Providing guidance and support to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in learning disabilities care.
Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience in nursing home management, preferably with a focus on learning disabilities.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
A compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
