Location: Near Faversham, Kent
Salary: £60,000
Are you a seasoned Registered Manager with a passion for providing exceptional elderly and dementia care? My client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their luxury, purpose-built care home near Faversham in Kent.

Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the care home. You will ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained, in line with CQC regulations, while promoting a positive and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
Provide strong leadership and support to the care team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Strong understanding of dementia care practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
