Job Title: Registered Manager - Small Family Run Care Home
Location: Near Gillingham, Kent
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum + Bonus

I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join the team at a small family-run care home near Gillingham, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong dementia knowledge and good CQC knowledge to lead and manage the care home with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Providing leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, with a focus on those living with dementia.
Managing budgets and resources effectively to meet the needs of residents while maintaining financial sustainability.
Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.

Requirements:
Registered Manager status with relevant qualifications and experience in the care sector.
Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of those living with dementia.
Good understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of care.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Ideally, previous experience as a Registered Manager, but we would also consider applications from Deputy Managers ready to step up into a managerial role.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a commitment to promoting dignity and respect for all residents.
