Position: Registered Manager
Location: Near Gillingham, Kent
Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new challenge? I have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead a medium-sized care home located close to Gillingham, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve and maintain Good CQC ratings.
Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Utilise your knowledge of dementia care to ensure residents receive tailored, compassionate care.
Identify areas for improvement and implement effective turnaround and troubleshooting strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong management experience within a care home setting, with a proven track record of Good CQC reports.
In-depth knowledge of dementia care practices.
Experience in turnaround and troubleshooting within a care environment is highly desirable.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
