The Home specialise in providing person-centred care of the elderly. They are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager for a small-medium sized home in the Coventry area. .
Chosen candidate requirements:
- Home Manager experience or significant experience in a Senior Care role
- Strong understanding of CQC
- Elderly and dementia experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager/ Deputy Manager / Deputy Care Home Manager who is looking for a new opportunity.
