Our client is currently looking for a Registered Manager to join their Home Care team in Maidstone / Kent. They are a wonderful care provider, with an exceptional track record at providing the best standard of care for their service users. They are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join the team, with a look to developing the service and building on the current care hours. You will be joining a fantastic organisation that is very embedded within the local community. Our client has also worked hard to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all service users and staff.
My client is ideally looking for someone who has a lot of experience caring for adults with autism and learning disabilities
Key Requirements / Skills
-Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy for a homecare company
-Good knowledge of CQC compliance

-Relationship building
-UK Driving License
