Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is a rapidly growing care organisation seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to lead their brand-new nursing home located near West Byfleet in Surrey. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Resident Care: Oversee the delivery of care to residents, ensuring it is person-centred, compassionate, and meets individual needs.
Occupancy Growth: Implement strategies to increase occupancy, building a strong reputation for the home within the community.
Dementia Care: Utilize your expertise in dementia care to enhance the quality of life for residents with dementia.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the home operates in line with CQC regulations and company policies.
Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
NMC Registration: Must hold an active NMC PIN.
Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Manager within a nursing home environment.
Occupancy Growth: Demonstrated experience in increasing and maintaining high occupancy levels.
Dementia Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience in providing dementia care.
