Description

Position: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Newhaven, East Sussex
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, predominantly Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care? Do you have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and want to lead a dedicated team in a warm, family-owned nursing home? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you!

Purosearch are representing a small, growing provider with a well-established care home rated Good by the CQC. I am looking for a Nursing Home Manager to join and help them continue to provide exceptional care for their residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day running of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Lead, mentor, and support the care team to maintain high-quality care.
Work closely with families, residents, and staff to promote a positive and supportive environment.
Ensure that the home continues to meet and exceed care standards and regulations.
Support the growth and development of the home as a leading provider of care in the area.

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Ideally, an established Registered Manager, but will also consider a strong Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse looking to step up into a managerial role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A proactive and compassionate approach to care.
