Position: Registered Manager - Care Home
Location: Swanley, Kent
Salary: Up to £85,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours)
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead a well-established, purpose-built medium-sized care home located near Swanley, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC reports and the ability to drive excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
Lead a dedicated team of nursing and residential staff, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage both nursing and residential care services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Implement strategies for the successful turnaround and troubleshooting of services when needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Drive and maintain excellent CQC ratings and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a care home setting, with a focus on both nursing and residential care.
A strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC reports.
Demonstrated longevity in roles and the ability to successfully manage change and drive improvement.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
A proactive and innovative approach to care, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Turnaround/troubleshooting experience in care home management is highly desirable.
