Job Title: Registered Manager - Nursing Home
Location: West Byfleet, Surrey
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Registered Manager, with a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly? My Client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee their medium-sized nursing home near West Byfleet, Surrey. As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to the residents, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and management to our nursing home staff, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence in care delivery.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, safety, and wellbeing.
Utilise your in-depth knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of service delivery.
Demonstrate expertise in dementia care, implementing best practices and innovative approaches to support residents living with dementia and their families.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders to optimise resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Manage resources effectively, including budgets, staffing levels, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and quality of care.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing nursing homes, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving regulatory compliance.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards, with the ability to interpret and implement requirements effectively.
Expertise in dementia care, including understanding of best practices, innovative interventions, and person-centered approaches.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
While nursing qualifications are beneficial, they are not essential for this role. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience in healthcare management.
