Registered Care Home Manager
Near Whitstable, Kent
Salary: Up to £48,000
I am currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join a large organisation specialising in elderly and dementia care. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential care facility, ensuring the highest standard of care for the residents.
As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the home, overseeing the staff, resources and services to ensure the highest quality of care. You will have excellent knowledge of relevant legislations, guidelines and the CQC standards. Assess service users' needs and respond to any change in needs so that they receive personalised care that is responsive to them.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
Proven track record as a Registered Manager or in other senior positions within a residential care setting.
Significant experience in elderly and dementia care.
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and applicable legislation/standards.
