Position: Care Home Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week
A well-established, purpose-built care home with an excellent reputation is seeking an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager to lead their team and continue providing the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive working culture and promoting professional development.
Ensure the home provides exceptional care for residents, particularly those living with dementia.
Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
Drive continuous improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a registered care home manager with a solid understanding of CQC requirements and inspections.
In-depth knowledge and experience in dementia care.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
A strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and residents.
