Position: Registered Manager - Family-Run Care Home
Location: Near Worthing, West Sussex
CQC Rating: Good
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday
My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a family-run care home near Worthing. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional care, their home has earned a "Good" rating from the CQC, and is looking for a leader who shares our passion for quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to deliver the highest level of care to our residents.
Manage budgets, resources, and staff performance to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Demonstrates strong management skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
Possesses a solid understanding of CQC requirements and best practices in care management.
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
