Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity near Rochester, Kent? My client is seeking qualified nurses who are registered with the NMC, preferably with a background in nursing homes and a strong understanding of dementia care.
Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality nursing care to residents with varying healthcare needs.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Upholding professional standards and ethics in all interactions.
Requirements:
Valid registration with the NMC.
Previous experience in a nursing home setting is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge and understanding of dementia care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
