Requirements:
• Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) with relevant qualifications
• Valid NMC pin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team
Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse within the nursing home, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to the residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct nursing care and support to residents
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Monitoring and recording resident's progress and responding to their needs
• Assisting with the training and supervision of care staff
