Adult residential service specialising in Autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.
Purosearch are working with a developing care provider to recruit a passionate and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead one a specialist services in North London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable leader to join a well-established service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, epilepsy and behaviours.
This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys making a real impact, developing teams and delivering outstanding outcomes for the people they support.
About the Role
As Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service.
Working closely with families, professionals and internal stakeholders, you will lead the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support whilst maintaining full regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Registered Service Manager with;
-NVQ5 in Leadership and Management
-Previous experience as a Registered Manager
-Background in adult social care
-Experience in learning disabilities
-Good understanding of CQC requirements
