Requirements for the Care Home Manager:
• Minimum of Two years Home management experience.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Good knowledge and stable background of the care sector
Duties of Care Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home.
• Staff management/appraisals/Training.
• Care plans/reviews/meetings.
• Budgets.
