We are currently recruiting a Care Manager to join our team based in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum.
We provide residential care and residential dementia care, helping our residents lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team.
About the Role:
As Care Manager, you will be committed, warm, and friendly, going the extra mile to provide excellent service to our residents. You will supervise all care aspects within the home and report to the Home Manager.
Key Details:
• Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
• Hours: Full-time, working alternate weekends

Requirements:
• Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
• NVQ4 in Direct Care (essential)
• Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
• Own car required (business miles paid)
