A passionate and experienced individual is required to effectively manage a wonderful Residential Care Home with which is situated on the outskirts of Hinkley. The home is a medium service which is purpose built with a modern feel.
If you are an individual with a love of management within the care sector and take pride in the work which you do then this is a great opportunity for you! The home does require turnaround so you will need to have experience of running a Good rated home and turning around a home from RI to Good.
The Role Includes:
• Staff management
• Leadership and staff development
• Budgeting and producing various rotas within the home
• CQC monitoring and commissioning of the home
