A UK wide, leading care provider is looking for an experienced, passionate & dedicated Home Manager to lead a strong care & nursing team at their medium sized residential home in Guisborough.
The care home caters for the elderly & those loving with dementia within modern surroundings & has a fantastic local reputation, winning an Top 20 NE care Home Award this year!
The Care Home is rated at GOOD is looking for a Home Manager to continue this success, ideally with experience of managing a larger home. There is a long standing team in place which you will have 24/7 responsibility for within the home ensuring care standards are met, supervising staff & dealing with any HR issues along with financial budgeting, auditing duties & the main point of contact for local authorities & all key stakeholders.
About you:
• NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Mgmt
• Experienced manager within a Care home setting
• Excellent CI/SSSC knowledge & communication skills
• Experience within elderly care
• Ability to lead a team with a proven track record of achieving GOOD CQC grades
