Our client – a well-established provider of high-quality children’s residential homes – is looking for a Responsible Individual to oversee multiple homes in Rochdale, Darwen, and Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support multiple Ofsted-registered children's homes
- Ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted inspection framework
- Provide strong leadership and mentoring to Registered Managers
- Drive continuous improvement and outstanding quality standards
- Act as the strategic lead for safeguarding and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, Ofsted, and other key stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a senior role within children's residential care
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
