List size of approximately 10,000 patients

EMIS clinical system

Low home visit rate, supported by a paramedic team

Multidisciplinary team including ANPs, pharmacists, and social prescribers

Dedicated admin and management support

Weekly clinical meetings and regular CPD sessions

Training practice with involvement in teaching and mentorship if desired
