Salary: Competitive – up to £13,000 per session

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Salaried GP to join a friendly and supportive GP Training Practice in Bradford. This is an excellent role for a GP seeking a well-balanced position within a forward-thinking practice that prioritises high-quality patient care, manageable workloads and a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will join an established clinical team with a strong ethos of collaboration, where GPs work closely alongside experienced Partners and the wider multidisciplinary team.

The Role

As a Salaried GP, you will:

  • Work 4–6 clinical sessions per week (flexible depending on preference).
  • Deliver 15-minute patient consultations, allowing time for thorough assessment and quality care.
  • Manage approximately 12 patients per session, supporting a sustainable workload.
  • Share clinical responsibility with the GP Partners and wider clinical team.
  • Provide routine and same-day appointments for a diverse patient population.
  • Manage a mixture of acute presentations and long-term conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, significant event reviews and practice development.
  • Support the continued delivery of excellent primary care services.
