An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Practitioner to join a well-established primary care team in Torquay.
With an attractive package of up to £13,000 per session, alongside a £5,000 signing-on bonus, this is an opportunity designed to attract an experienced GP looking for excellent earning potential, flexibility and genuine opportunities for professional development.
You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care while having the opportunity to develop areas of clinical interest and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.

The Role
As a GP, you will:

Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care
-
Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations
-
Manage acute, chronic and complex presentations
-
Contribute to clinical governance, QOF and service improvement
-
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
-
Support the continued development of the practice
-
Contribute to a positive patient experience and high clinical standards
-
Participate in the practice's total triage model
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

GMC registration
-
Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
-
MRCGP or equivalent GP accreditation
-
Experience working within UK primary care
-
A strong commitment to patient-centred care
-
Good understanding of QOF, LCS and DES
-
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
-
A proactive approach to professional development
