Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients, ensuring adherence to evidence-based medical practices.
• Conduct routine consultations, including face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
• Manage chronic diseases, acute illnesses, and minor injuries.
• Engage in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
• Inclusion on the NHS performers list.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the NHS is desirable but not essential.
