Salaried GP – Flexible Sessions & Excellent Work-Life Balance
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: Up to £13,000 per session
Sessions: Flexible, ideally around 6 sessions per week
An established and forward-thinking primary care organisation is looking to welcome an experienced Salaried GP to its growing clinical team across Ashbourne and Brailsford.

The role would particularly suit a GP with an interest in education, training and clinical development, with opportunities to become involved in supporting GP trainees and the wider development of education within the practice.
The Role
You will provide a mixture of routine and on-the-day GP appointments, managing a varied patient population and supporting continuity of care.
You will work alongside a well-established multidisciplinary team, including GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and wider ARRS colleagues.
The role will involve:
- Providing high-quality general practice care
- Managing acute presentations and long-term conditions
- Supporting continuity of care for patients
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Participating in clinical meetings and peer support
- Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement
- Supporting education and development within the practice
- Opportunities to develop areas of clinical interest

About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced GP who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive and progressive primary care environment.
You should have:
- GMC registration
- NHS National Performers List registration
- Appropriate medical defence cover
- At least 2 years' post-CCT experience
- The right to work in the UK
Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor or Educational Supervisor would be advantageous, although GPs with a genuine interest in developing within education and training are also encouraged to apply.
