£38,000 per annum
Are you a Home Manager with exceptional turnaround experience & a proven track record of improving CQC ratings?
I am looking for a Support Manager in the Hastings area, you will start covering you will initially be providing a 9-month maternity cover in a small residential home and then moving onto transform a small, supported living service. The successful candidate will be passionate about making continuous improvements across a range of Care Homes providing learning disabilities care on behalf of a well-respected care provider.
Care Home Support / Service Manager experience (essential)
·Proven track record of making & sustaining improvements within a care home environment
·Experience delivering high quality relationship centred care
·At least 2 years' experience with learning disabilities care
Day to day role of a Care Home Turnaround manager:
·Supporting home managers in improving & achieving good CQC outcomes & improving the lives of the residents of multiple homes
·Covering managers sickness, annual leave & interim mgmt.
·Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy & reducing agency use
·Building & improving positive relationships with key stakeholders
