Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join supported living service in Winchester. This service is a specialist service delivering care to people with mental health care needs / crisis care needs.
Our client prefers to hire an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager with experience in the mental health care sector. Supported Living Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing mental health services.
You will oversee care planning and deliver care to people with mental health and crisis care needs.
The home delivers excellent levels of care and has a stable care team.
The successful Supported Living Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care service manager / supported living manager / registered manager
- Proven track record of successful mental health service management
- Proven success in mental health
Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the supported living service
- Staff management/appraisals/training within the home
- Care plans /reviews/meetings
- Budget management for the home
