Ward Manager – Mental Health
Leeds
Up to £45,000
An exciting opportunity with one of the UK’s growing mental health providers at their GOOD rated hospital in Leeds!
Ward Manager requirements:
- Experienced in rota management and staffing.
- Passionate about promoting the highest standards of care.
- Committed to providing individualised care for patients in terms of both mental and physical health.
- Support junior staff in terms of supervision, continuous professional development and career development.
- Experienced in recruitment and retention.
Ward Manager Knowledge, skills, qualifications, and abilities:
- Excellent leadership and management skills & NMC PIN
- Clinical experience within multi-disciplinary team
- Good communicator within all situations.
- Experienced in leading a team.
- Able to focus on staffing and develop staff to meet the needs of the ward.
- Experienced of supporting students.
- Knowledge of mental health legislation and statutory requirements.
- Experience for investigations, complaints and report writing.
