My client is currently seeking a confident, autonomous Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their multi-disciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on patient care while developing your career!
This is an ideal role for an ACP confident in managing minor illness and injury presentations in a fast-paced, patient-focused urgent care environment.
You will:

Independently assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients presenting with urgent care needs

Work within a multi-disciplinary team, including GPs, paramedics, and ANPs
-
Manage minor illnesses, minor injuries, and acute presentations
-
Prescribe medications as an independent prescriber (V300 essential)
-
Contribute to safe, effective patient flow and evidence-based care

Candidate Requirements:

MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)

V300 Independent Prescribing qualification

Experience in urgent care, A&E, primary care, or OOH settings

Ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
