Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

Salary: £58,000 - £65,000 per annum
A well-established and highly regarded medical practice in Birmingham is looking for a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to become part of their dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
Develop, implement, and regularly review tailored treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications and treatments in line with current clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Educate patients on health promotion, encouraging self-care and illness prevention.
Work closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
