My client seeks a personable, friendly and caring Care Home Assistant Manager / Residential Home Deputy Manager with a stable background and strong knowledge of elderly care. Care Home Deputy Manager / Residential Home Deputy Manager candidates should have a strong background in residential care home management but experienced Senior Carers will be considered. As Care Home Assistant Manager / Residential Home Care Manager you will manage a team of experienced and professional care staff and you will help to ensure that care is delivered in excellent fashion. You will deliver person centred care and oversee all safeguarding issues.
The successful Care Home Assitant Manager / Residential Home Deputy Manager candidate will be:
-Strong experience as Care Home Deputy Manager / Residential Home Deputy Manager or senior carer / care team leader stepping up
-Strong elderly care experience
-CQC legislation knowledge
-Strong planning and organisational skills
-Good communication skills
Ideal candidates should have held one of the following job titles: Assistant Manager, Care Home Deputy Manager, Residential Home Deputy Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Care Team Leader.
