Job Type: Permanent (Full or Part-Time)
Salary: £52,000 - £65,000 per annum
A respected and well-established medical practice in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
Develop, implement, and assess treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulations
Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention to support self-management
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to developing clinical protocols
