Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications and therapies according to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Educate patients, promoting health, self-care, and disease prevention strategies.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the creation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
