Salary: £53,000 - £65,000 per annum
An esteemed and well-established medical practice in Milton Keynes is looking for a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop, implement, and assess treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Provide patient education, promoting health and self-management for disease prevention.
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate, timely medical records.
Participate in quality improvement efforts and assist in developing clinical protocols and guidelines.
