Purosearch are working with a small dementia focused charity who require a turnaround manager for 6 months in their Gloucester based residential home.
We are looking for a passionate manager with a background in elderly and dementia care, who has been previously registered with CQC and who has previous experience in turnaround.
Job Requirements for Turnaround Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management and recruitment
• Care plans, assessments, filling beds
• Budgets/ business development / marketing
Skills/ Qualifications Turnaround Home Manager:
• Proven track record of successful home
• Background in dementia and complex care
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
