Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Salary: £52,000 - £65,000 per annum
A well-respected and established medical practice in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines and legal standards.
Provide patient education and promote health to encourage self-management and prevent illness.
Collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.
Ensure accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records are maintained.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help shape clinical protocols and guidelines.
