About the Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), or Paramedic Practitioner to join a well-established and progressive primary care service located on the outskirts of Bradford.

This is a flexible, modern role offering a blend of face-to-face clinical work and remote working (WFH options available), supporting high-quality urgent and same-day care delivery across a diverse patient population.

You will be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic presentations
  • Run same-day urgent care and minor illness clinics
  • Prescribe autonomously (where qualified) under relevant legislation
  • Manage referrals, investigations, and treatment plans appropriately
  • Provide clinical support and decision-making within primary care pathways
  • Participate in triage (telephone, digital, and face-to-face as required)
  • Contribute to service development and improved patient flow
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMIS/SystmOne

About You

We are looking for a confident autonomous clinician who can thrive in a fast-paced but well-supported environment.

Essential:

  • Registered Nurse / Paramedic with valid NMC or HCPC registration
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent experience for ANP/ACP route)
  • Independent prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent)
  • Experience in urgent care, primary care, or unscheduled care settings
  • Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in GP practice or UTC/A&E streaming
  • Minor illness/minor injury qualifications
  • Experience with EMIS or SystmOne

What’s on Offer

  • Flexible working with option for hybrid working / WFH sessions
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and scope of practice
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • NHS-style pension (where applicable) or equivalent employer contribution scheme
  • Full clinical support and supervision where required
  • Dedicated CPD allowance and protected learning time
  • Opportunities for progression into leadership or specialist roles
  • Supportive, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team

Why This Role?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern primary care setting that genuinely supports flexible working and clinical autonomy. With a strong emphasis on work-life balance, you will benefit from structured support, hybrid working options, and a generous leave package.
